Human Map: Nine Energy Centers

Human energy centers are divided into nine, they are:

Head Center

Located at the top of the head, related to inspiration, thinking and thinking. If it is defined, you will have more stable thinking and thinking skills, and stronger inspiration. If this center is open, you may experience instability in your thinking and thinking abilities, but may also have a greater sensitivity to inspiration and ideas around you;

If this center is open, you may feel unstable in your decision-making and analytical skills, but you may also have open-minded thinking and creative problem-solving skills;

G-Center

Located in the center of the chest, it is related to self-expression, leadership, and caring. If it is defined, you will have more stable self-expression and leadership, and a greater ability to care. If this center is open, you may feel unstable in your self-expression and leadership abilities, but may also be sensitive to your surroundings and have a heightened sense of relationships.

“I should have a five-year plan for my business.”
“I should know what my purpose/strength/passion/direction is.”

Ego Center

Located in the thymus, stomach, and gallbladder, it is related to self-awareness, self-identity, and destiny. If it is defined, you will have more stable and sustained willpower, be good at making plans and complete them efficiently. If this center is open, you may experience instability in your willpower and identity, but you may also have a greater sense of destiny and destiny around you.

Splenic Center

Located in the lower left abdomen, related to intuition, fear and health. If it's defined, you'll have a more stable state of health and intuition. If this center is open, you will have a greater sense of intuition and danger around you, but may also feel easily frightened or have health concerns.

“I should take a course, create a hit product, and do XX and XX (all these things).”

*These words indicate a person's excessive pursuit and expectations of time, ability, and resources in work or career, as well as worries and anxiety about lost opportunities and missed successes.

Sacral Center

Located in the lower abdomen, related to fertility, creativity and vitality. If it is defined, you will have more vitality and creativity. If this center is open, you will be more aware of the emotions and energies around you, but may also feel tired or overworked.

``I deserve to be happy.``
``I should keep doing this because it's easy, even if I hate it.``
``I should choose this route because I don't want to waste the effort I've put in.``
“I should choose this route because I don’t want to let my team/people down/live up to their expectations.”
``I should talk to XX because I'm unhappy, but it's easier to just do it myself.``

*These words express a person's expectations and desires for happiness, freedom, and personal choice in career or life, as well as worries and worries about unpleasantness, difficulty in changing, and expectations of others.

Root Center

Located at the base of the spine, related to stability, pressure, motivation, and decision-making. If it's defined, you'll have more stable motivation and decision-making skills. If this center is open, you may be more sensitive to the stress and uncertainty around you.

When the root center is not defined (what does “non-self talk” look like in the mind?):
“I should show up, but I’m afraid I’m not professional or expert enough.”
``I should do something because that's what Sarah did, and I'm worried that if I don't, I won't succeed.``
``I should switch my business, but I'm going to stick with it because I'm afraid...``
“I should be doing something, but I’m scared/feeling overwhelmed/anxious because I might fail/succeed/have to let it go.”
``I should do this now instead of later because I'm afraid I'll...``

*These words indicate a person's fears and worries in life or career, including fear of failure, fear of not being recognized, fear of change, fear of losing control, etc. These fears can lead to procrastination, unhealthy behaviors or decisions, or missing opportunities when you overprotect yourself.

Emotional Center (Solar Plexus Center)

The area located between the lower abdomen and stomach in the body, associated with emotions, sensuality, and emotions. If it's defined, your emotions are cyclical and give you tremendous forward momentum. If this center is open, your moods and emotions are easily influenced by your surroundings and other people. You may also be more empathic and find it easier to connect emotionally with others. But being overly receptive to other people’s emotions and emotions can lead to feeling uneasy or confused.

“I should hurry up because I’m already behind.”
``I should do this because XX is already doing it, and I have to keep up.``

*These words indicate a state of mind caused by internal or external pressures and expectations that make people feel they should do certain things to conform to social, industry, family or personal expectations, which may lead to stress, anxiety, uneasiness, confusion and Depression and other emotional problems.

An open center can be a source of wisdom and sensitivity, however, often it is a place where you get stuck trying to be something you are not. This is what is called non-self thinking in human design. The monologues and conversations that take place in your mind are driven by your open center. It’s who you think you are or what you think you should be. The mind is fascinated by these themes, that is, where and how your mind tortures you. Learning to witness these voices is an incredible tool that can free you from the control of your mind.
