Healing can happen at every moment

Understand the core of healing
Healing can happen at every moment, every breath, wholeheartedly, the whole body and mind naturally adjust, recover, and rest in the rhythm of breathing.
No birth, no death, let it live and die on its own.
Every breath can heal. Healing is not a picture to be realized. Healing is to empty, do nothing, and let the heart adjust itself. Get out of the rut of thinking and restore full awareness.
Follow my meditation guidance, hold your orgonite, or gaze at the mandala 3D woonden wall art, and do a 30-minute healing meditation together.
Find a comfortable position to sit down,
You can sit cross-legged or sit on a chair.
Keep your upper body upright and relaxed.
Put your hands naturally on your thighs or knees.
Slowly close your eyes.
Relax your facial muscles:
Forehead,
Eye sockets,
Cheeks,
Chin.
Let a smile appear at the corners of your mouth.
Relax your neck and shoulders and feel the weight of your body.
Maintain a normal breathing rhythm.
Inhale naturally, exhale naturally,
without deliberately controlling it.
At this moment, forget your existence and feel your breathing completely.
When you inhale, be aware that you are inhaling,
and feel the feeling of the air entering your nostrils;
When you exhale, be aware that you are exhaling,
and feel the feeling of the air leaving your nostrils.
Pay attention to every moment of pause when you alternate between inhaling and exhaling.
In the following time, focus on your breathing and feel the feeling of air entering and leaving your nostrils.
Check if your attention is still on your breathing. If your thoughts take you away, it doesn’t matter. Don’t judge, and gently put your attention back on your breathing.
If at this moment, various thoughts keep emerging, ignore them, let them die on their own, and keep putting your attention back on your breathing.
Relax your attention.
Thoughts come from memory. When unpleasant thoughts emerge, we often want to avoid and reject them.
This “want”, the “want” to avoid and reject, is a new thought, and it is also in the category of thoughts. We think it will calm the thoughts, but thoughts suppressing thoughts will only bring greater disturbances to the heart.
Dare to face it, which means letting go of the self and being aware of any thoughts that emerge, no matter how much disturbance the thoughts bring at the moment, do not judge, condemn, reject, or accept.
Thoughts are not you, and you are not thoughts.
Being aware of thoughts means letting thoughts die on their own, which is the core of inner healing.
Finally, move your fingers and toes,
and then open your eyes.
Express gratitude to the orgonite or mandala 3D woonden wall art that you meditate with, and thank the orgone energy and sacred geometry totem for their company and healing.
Congratulations on completing this meditation exercise.
I wish you a peaceful day.
